Custom Home Builder Waterville is a trade name operated as a Seth's Home Pros Company. We are a transparent contractor introduction service only.
We do not build, price, permit, manage, supervise, inspect, guarantee or warrant any construction work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share, for the decisions you make about your project, and for selecting the contractor you choose to work with. You are responsible for reviewing any proposal, contract and schedule with that contractor and for seeking independent legal, design or financial advice when you need it.

Custom Home Builder Waterville is a trade name operated as a Seth's Home Pros Company. We are a transparent contractor introduction service only.
We do not build, price, permit, manage, supervise, inspect, guarantee or warrant any construction work.
Homeowner responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share, for the decisions you make about your project, and for selecting the contractor you choose to work with. You are responsible for reviewing any proposal, contract and schedule with that contractor and for seeking independent legal, design or financial advice when you need it.
Independent builders and direct contracts
Any builder we introduce to you is an independent business and is not our employee, partner or agent. The construction contract is between you and that independent builder.
Payments for construction work are made by you directly to that builder.
No project funds handled by us
We never collect, hold or transfer construction project funds. We do not escrow deposits, draws or final payments.
No obligation and no guaranteed match
Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire anyone and does not obligate us to introduce a specific builder. We do not guarantee that a match will be available, that a specific number of builders will respond or that a builder will have capacity for your project.
No construction quotes from us
We do not provide construction quotes. Any pricing you receive comes from an independent builder and is that builder's own work.
Planning costs or price ranges that may appear on this site are illustrative only and are not quotes for your project.
Illustrative images
The founder photograph is a genuine image. The house, interior, lot and material images on this site are generated illustrations of design possibilities.
They are not photographs of completed projects and are not a portfolio.
How contractors compensate us
The introduction service is free for homeowners. Independent builders may compensate us on closed work that results from an introduction.
This does not change the price you pay the builder beyond what you and the builder agree in writing.
Permits and approvals
Permitting is handled by the homeowner and the chosen builder or their design professional with the appropriate authority. We do not guarantee permit approval or any specific review outcome.
Maine does not license general contractors or home builders at the state level, and electrical and plumbing work must be performed by appropriately licensed trades.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this site reduces consumer rights that you have under applicable Maine or federal law. The Maine Attorney General's home construction and repair resource explains consumer guidance for homeowners.
Website use
This website is provided for general information and intake. Content may be updated at any time, and short interruptions can happen as providers maintain their systems.
